Goosefayre offers a range of specialist goose and duck one-day cookery courses to help you get the best from this delicious meat. The courses are hosted by a leading chef and a home economist who specialise in Northern European and oriental recipes. The courses cover "How to prepare and cook a goose, recipes for goose eggs and goose fat and include instruction on some rare and exotic recipes".
All courses are held in the Goosefayre modern kitchen on the farm and include product samples to take away and experiment with.
