Fresh Truffles of the Farm

Our fresh Black-summer truffles are available from June to October.

This is, however dependent on climatic conditions which vary from year to year .

We hunt for truffles in our hazelnut plantation. Our 1000 trees, planted 8 years ago were inoculated with truffle spores.

we hunt for truffles with specially  trained dogs.

The black truffles are cleaned and come to you in air-tight jars to preserve their fresh aroma.
